The Irish College of English offers specialised Customer Service English Training Courses in the evenings for foreign workers based in Irish companies or for students living within the locality, who wish to improve their English for customer service related work.
Aims of the course:
This evening course will enable students to deal with customers in an effective and polite manner of English. It will also enable students to handle difficult situations well and teach them how to write English confidently in a formal manner. There is also a western cultural component to the class, which introduces western definitions of good customer service and quality standards for English use.
Course Focus:
The focus of these customer service courses is on communication through spoken and written English and the use of role plays to equip students to deal with real life work situations. Our highly qualified teachers will set clear learning objectives and use the best techniques to provide students with invaluable English language skills.

Certification:
Each student will receive a Customer Service English Certificate from the Irish College of English at the end of the course. This will demonstrate to present / prospective employers the student's level of customer service English and will be an invaluable aid when looking for a job or seeking a promotion at work in a company based in Ireland.
Start Dates/Duration:
1 evening per week for 12 weeks, from 7.00pm – 9.30pm (Tuesdays or Wednesdays)
Level:
Students with Intermediate or higher level of English may only attend.
Course Fee:
160 Euro for 4 weeks.
