Learner and Stakeholder Complaints and Grievances Policy
The Irish College of English is dedicated to fostering a positive and safe learning environment for all stakeholders. This policy outlines our commitment to addressing grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. We strive to uphold high standards of conduct and ensure that all stakeholders feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the resolution process.

Disciplinary Procedure:
Depending on the severity of the misconduct, disciplinary actions may include verbal or written warnings, probationary periods, suspension, or expulsion from the institution. ICE reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of action based on the findings of the investigation.
Students have the right to appeal any disciplinary decision made by ICE. Appeals must be submitted in writing within a specified timeframe and will be reviewed by an independent appeals panel. The decision of the appeals panel is final.
