Employee English Language Training


In-House & Online by Zoom

We offer English Language Training for the Workplace. Our courses can be held inhouse or online by Zoom and we provide professional English Language training and upskilling for all levels of learner from a basic level to an advanced level. We work with companies and training networks throughout Ireland providing high quality courses and engaging full qualified tutors.

Basic English Speakers: We enhance English learners/employees understanding of key safety communications, policies and procedures.

Intermediate English Speakers: We work with people who already have a good level of English to improve their communication and fluency and hence their confidence in using English in the workplace.

Advanced English Speakers: We recognise that people with excellent or near fluent level of English still encounter difficulties in communication and our aim is to remove all barriers to success and to give them the confidence and ability of a native English Speaker.


We work with many of Ireland’s Leading Companies and offer specialised courses to meet individual company requirements, customers include Accenture, KPMG, Turkish Air, Guidewire, Hertz, Skillnet.

We were also delighted to be voted Best Language School in Ireland 2019’ by students based on Google and Facebook ratings. We have a special programme aimed toward non native speakers who are working in Dublin. It’s called ‘Beyond Fluent’. We recognise that people with good or even near fluent English are often not achieving their full professional potential. Our mission is to give people the confidence of a native speaker and allow them to be able to communicate like one.

We have learnt that employees want to develop their English fluency skills as much as possible during their time in Ireland and can be frustrated as they often find themselves using their native language on a daily basis or that they are using their limited set of phrases with no opportunity to improve. Groups or One to One Lessons

We have flexible options to suit all employers. Individuals can join our online zoom classes or we can come to you with group or one to one inhouse training.


We have a range of courses and coaching programmes that we have developed to help employees in different industries improve their English Language Level. We work with companies to put in place training courses that meet their employee needs and conduct specialist online testing and needs analysis to ensure our courses are suitable and will have the desired learning outcomes.

Getting Started

We will begin with an Online Employee English Level Test link to all interested employees. We will follow up with each employee with a Zoom Talk Time Level Test including Needs Analysis and use these to determine their current English language level in relation to the CEFR (Council for Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

We then ask for employer input as to areas of concern and develop a training course to meet your employees needs..
