Enrolment, Fees, Refunds and Subsistence

At ICE we believe in transparent fees and giving students and their parents/guardians clear information regarding fees.


  • All fees are clear and transparent in our price lists available by email or on our website.
  • Any additional extra potential costs are noted in the price lists such as airport transfers.
  • Our Junior Programmes are all inclusive
  • Our Adult Programmes, have an option extra of pay as you go activities.
  • Pocket Money Guidance for Junior Students is in their Handbook
  • Living Costs and Subsistence for Adults is in our student supports.



To enrol in a programme at ICE you can use the following methods:

  • Online through our booking portal on our website which has a booking form.
  • By Email by contacting info@iceireland.com, our relevant admissions officer will send you the necessary information and also a booking form.
  • In person at reception at our main centre at 6 Church Road, Malahide, Co. Dublin.

Upon registration you will receive additional information and pre arrival you will receive your specific student handbook and arrival information.

Refund request and notice of cancellation should be made by email to the admissions officer you are in communication with or to our main email: info@iceireland.com


Our ‘Book with Confidence Guarantee’ allows individuals and groups travelling to Ireland, to cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. If you need to cancel within 7 days of arrival, we will offer a free postponement of course which will be valid until the end of the following year, no refunds will be given for stays cancelled within 7 days of arrival.
